This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Shoppistant. We are committed to processing and delivering orders as efficiently as possible while providing clear and transparent shipping information to our customers.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully verified.

• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Orders are processed Monday – Friday (EST)
• Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using reliable logistics providers such as USPS, DHL, or other regional shipping partners depending on the destination and service availability.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times for orders within the United States are as follows:

• Handling time: 1–2 business days
• Transit time: 4–9 business days
• Total estimated delivery time: 5–11 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations, destination location, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping within the United States is currently $4.99 per order unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take between 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s tracking system.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Shoppistant is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
