This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through Shoppistant. Our goal is to provide a transparent and fair process for customers who need assistance with returns, exchanges, or refunds. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item includes original tags and packaging
  • The item has not been washed, worn, or altered

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • The item received is incorrect
  • The product differs significantly from its description

Requests submitted after the 30-day return window may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Products missing original tags or packaging
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Minor variations in color, design placement, or stitching that do not affect functionality
Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placement without any cancellation fee.

If a cancellation request is submitted after the initial processing window, the order may already be prepared for shipment and cancellation may not be possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

How to Request a Return

Your email should include:

  • Order number
  • Customer name used for the purchase
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect

Our support team will review your request and respond with further instructions. Return requests are typically reviewed within 2–3 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

Store Responsibility

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide instructions and may cover the return shipping cost.

Customer Responsibility

If the return is requested for personal reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 2–5 business days

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank or payment account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team

  • Items must be returned only after receiving return authorization from our support team
  • Customers should use a trackable shipping method when returning items
  • We are not responsible for returns lost during shipping without tracking information
