We accept returns for non-sale items within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the following conditions:

Steps to Complete Your Return
Once your return has been approved by our team via email, please follow these instructions:
Package your item(s): Include a printed copy of your order confirmation email.
Ship the return: Use your local post office or preferred courier to send the package to the return address we provide. Please share your tracking number with us.
Confirmation & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation. We will then notify you about the status of your refund or replacement.
Refund and Exchange Requests
Exchange Policy: We are unable to process exchanges for incorrect selections made at checkout. However, if you need to make changes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct information.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. After this window, the order may have entered production, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refund Claims
We accept returns and refunds under the following circumstances:
Items that arrive damaged or broken
Products that differ in design, size, or material from what you ordered
Receipt of the wrong item
Products that significantly differ from the description
Non-Returnable Items:
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items with defects not due to our error

Photos or videos of defects or issues
Screenshots of any related communication or email correspondence

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you do not see it after this time, please contact your bank or credit card provider.

The return window is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
