1. Shipping Carriers

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, EST).

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Service Area: We currently ship only within the continental U.S.

  • Exclusions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Incorrect Address: Orders with incorrect or missing address details may be delayed.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address or returned to us.

  • Returned items may be discarded at our shipping partner’s warehouse, and a re-shipping fee will apply.

  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage if the carrier redirects your parcel after it leaves our warehouse.
